Greg Trimmer

Greg Trimmer is a Partner of Network Realty Partners and one of Washington D.C.’s most experienced development executives having overseen the delivery of over 4 million square feet of ground up development and entitlement of more than 7 million square feet. Mr. Trimmer’s 20 years of experience acquiring and developing properties includes deep work in commercial office, government build-to-lease, condominium, multifamily, land development and retail across every jurisdiction in the DC Metro area.

Prior to founding Network Realty Partners, Mr. Trimmer spent 16 years with The JBG Companies and JBG Smith as an Executive Vice President overseeing their commercial and government development, as well as operations in Fairfax County. During his tenure he also served on task forces to draft and adopt the White Flint and Twinbrook Master Plans in Montgomery County, and the Reston Transit Area Comprehensive Plan in Fairfax County.

Mr. Trimmer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.  He serves on the Board of the Arlington Free Clinic, the Rail to Dulles Phase 2 Advisory Council, and the Alumni Real Estate Council at the University of Virginia School of Architecture.
