NRP Principals advised the preeminent national law firm of Boies Schiller Flexner LLP during their time at Avison Young in relocating the firm’s uptown Washington, D.C. office to the top three floors of this gleaming new downtown property. This complex and creative transaction was made possible by the aggressive financial terms NRP Principals were able to negotiate in the downtown building coupled with a series of sublease, new prime lease and lease buy-out transactions that NRP negotiated with Cornerstone Advisors, Oppenheimer & Company, Wells Fargo and several small companies to mitigate financial exposure associated with the firm’s legacy office lease in the uptown location.
