NRP’s Principals managed the design and entitlement of Reston Heights while at The JBG Companies which transformed a pre-recession high-rise development plan into a market-responsive, community-driven neighborhood destination featuring over 1.0 million square feet of mixed-use residential, office and retail. The revised entitlement realized the business plan and permitted The JBG Companies and partner Rockwood Capital, to sell and recapitalize portions of the project in order to proceed with vertical development.
