January 27th, 2020 – Network Realty Partners (Network) announced today that Greg Trimmer is named Partner of the budding real estate investment and development company focused on urban, place-based office and mixed-use investments.

Prior to joining Network, Mr. Trimmer spent sixteen years with The JBG Companies and JBG Smith where he oversaw the delivery of over 4 million square feet of ground up development and the entitlement of over 7 million square feet. During his tenure, he was involved with acquisitions and development of commercial office, government build-to-lease, multifamily, land development and retail across every jurisdiction in the DC Metro area.
Mr. Trimmer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Lawrence and Bill Morris launched Network together in late 2018 and over the last fifteen months, the company has assembled a team of talented and highly capable real estate professionals with expertise in development, construction and leasing. During 2019, the company acquired nearly one million square feet of Downtown DC office including Union Square in NoMA and 2100 M Street in the West End/Dupont Circle neighborhood.
