Network Realty Partners is an Arlington, Virginia based, privately-held real estate investment and development company focused on complex, urban, mixed-use investing led by accomplished real estate executives who bring together more than 100 years of combined experience in acquisitions/dispositions, land use and entitlement, development, construction management, financing, leasing and advisory services. Our team was strategically assembled to analyze, manage and scale the most complex real estate matters, and includes some of the area's most talented and accomplished real estate professionals.

Founded in 2017 by Managing Partners Rod Lawrence and Bill Morris, the company has acquired nearly one million square feet of Downtown DC office, including Union Square in NoMa and 2100 M Street in the West End/Dupont Circle neighborhood. Company partners are experienced real estate developers who have been responsible for landmark, residential, retail, mixed-use and government build-to-suit developments across the Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
